Three types of pipes(Flat Joint, Socket Joint or Rabbet Joint) that Common Used:
3,Automatic Rolling Steel Frame Welding Machine
4,Concrete Mixer: To mix the cement, sand and other materials for making the pipe
5, Automatic Materials Feeder: To feed the concrete into the mould to make the pipe
6, Gantry Crane: To transport the pipe and the mould
The Clients need to provide us the following informations:
1, Which type of the machines are planning to buy, Horizontal type or Vertical type?
2,Which type of pipes are planning to make, Flat Joint, Socket Joint or Rabbet Joint?
3,What is the size of the pipe are planning to make, what is the diameter, and the length?
The pipe thickness in Chinese National Standard is:
Diameter :300,400,600,800,1000,1200,1500,2000mm
Corresponding thickness:30,40,60,80,100,120,150,200mm
Please confirm the thickness otherwise will be subject to the Chinese National Standard.

Shipping port: Qingdao or Fangcheng Port China.
Payment:30% as down deposit by T/T ,70% as the balance paid before loading
Guarantee Period: One year after installation finished at buyer's factory.
