Operation principle
The materials enter into the jaw crusher impacted & extruded by movement and quietude plate, from big block to small and discharge from outlet. For fewer friction and intense impact, wear the equipments less and prolong their using time.
Structure
Machine body contains: chassis, fixed jaw plate, protect plate, bracket, wedge block, base plate, spring, pull rod, power, mobile jaw assembly( Figure one). Mobile jaw assembly contains: eccentric shaft, flywheel, belt wheel, move jaw, mobile jaw plate, jaw plate iron wedge, bracket base, bearing and so on.(Figure two)
